Didn't say the names of the most popular opera composers yesterday. The most popular opera maker is Italian Giuseppe Verdi. Cap to the second, also Italian, Giacomo Puccini is big. Mozart is followed by German Robert Wagner. 

The most popular opera is La Triviata [Verdi] ... Carmen [Bizet], La Boheme [Puccini] and Magic Flute [Mozart] are so near to each other, that it is possible to grant the shared 2nd place to all three. 

In the world of Opera, the popularity is dependent on the programs of the biggest and most popular operas. The names of the most popular operas and composers do not change much.

Hello, there is nothing new on this site. 

Dangerous and frustrating speed cams, were here in the mid July. The modern control freaks and orgasm hunters places the cams right before crossings ... Because they are so worried about your safety, they say.  So far the stats have been saying something very different from their real goals.

When you drive app 80 km/h - 50 mph your car moves app 20 meters per second. Panic break to stop the car - from this speed - takes app 30 meters. When the modern cam is usually app 100 to 200 meters from the crossing, it is dangerous.  It takes your attention from the traffic and makes you nervous.

Extremists haven't given any reliable stats from the time before and after. But it is quite obvious that accidents of all kinds have increased after the cam installation.

We have a huge surplus from the clip arts for Remember Me. Currently there would be clips for over 100 years. We have to scroll the libraries every day ... for the game. Amongst the pictures, there are many good and funny pictures, far more than Remember Me ever needs. So, we decided to take part of them to here.

Quite a many from the pictures are getting their very first world premiere on this site. There are lots of old clip arts, Remember Me is the first and only bigger user of the old clip arts. In the past no one knew what to do with the pictures. Nowadays, when you can embed and scale vector arts into bitmaps - just like that - it is easy to use the old clip arts.

He is the king, who had those Knights of the Round table. All these well known characters are taken from the book The History of the Kings of Britain. The book lists and tells stories about ancient British Kings. It is a big compilation from earlier British writings, much like Christian Bible. 

According to the book, first settlers and Britons first ruler - Brutus of Troy - have a very common history. Greeks exiled him and goddess Diana guided him to a deserted island ... England.

The book is condemned as non-Christian fictional rubbish. But on the other hand, there are very many unexplained miraculous, magical things in the world. Like the black death's miracle map.

From the magical animals, the best known is seen in almost everywhere. Pigeons - the most common city birds - have almost unbelievable capability to find their way back home. In the past they were used for delivering messages and mail. 

Usually they were one-way couriers. They were taken far away from their nest, and released from the distance. During the transport they were unable to make "pee marks" or make notes about landmarks for the flight back to home. It is not known how they navigate back home. Internal compass for example is useless without accurate knowledge about the current and home locations.

When pigeons had two homes, another for sleep and another for food, they made regular flights  between  the two pigeon cages. This two way air-mail system was not often used, but it is possible. The pigeon mail is at least 3 000 years old. Ancient Greeks are known to use it.

Pigeons are very fast flyers. Common cruising speed in the air is over 90 km/h or 55 mph. The fastest recorded cruising speed is little over 100 mph or 160 km/h. A racing pigeon held this speed in 100 mile / 160 km pigeon race. 

In cruising, pigeons are amongst 5 fastest birds in the world. Pigeons maximum flying altitude is around 6000 ft / 2 km.

Remember Me has brought back old performance problems, right after the new card release [ or local awakening peak ], there are often local delays in web. You have to wait a while before the file upload begins. There is not much we can do to it. 

New cards are 4 to 10 times bigger than old cards. They increase the traffic in the wires, and it takes some time before they are cached into nearest servers. After the nearest server has taken a copy from the game - to it's cache - the opening of the game does not take much time : The files are loaded to your computer right away, with the speed of your internet connection.

The end of the major holiday season is bringing the problems back.

From the picture you see how the high jump must be done. The green shows the power from speed. Red shows the power from push. The blue arrow is the sum-vector from speed and push. It shows the direction of the jump. In the white diagram push is done to upright direction, in real life the push must be tilted towards bar. Otherwise you cannot convert speed in to height. On the other hand, if the speed is too low, the push must be tilted for getting enough kinetic energy for the flight.

The push must have same direction than the speed you took. The angle of the push is dependent on your speed, muscle power, and your distance from the bar. You can get deeper knowledge about the technique only from person, who has done highest jumps in practice.

If you look at the jumps carefully, you notice, that jumpers always move sideways during the flight.

Start the day with correction. Said last Sunday that Gu Kaizhi would be the first known painter ever. It is not true. He is the first known Chinese or Asian painter ever. 

Egyptian artists didn't have names. Greeks had about 30 known painters and Romans about 10. From this group, only the names are left. There is only one suspected copy from one Greek painter. His name was Apelles.

Sorry bout the Gu Kaizhi mistake. We never publish false data on purpose in Remember Me. 

Since there aren't any paintings left, old Greek and Roman painters are poorly known.  Pictures from Greek and Roman art are always presented without artists. So Gu Kaizhi is the first better known painter in the world.

It is not known if some art historian has tried to match unsigned vases with known works from known artists. With the wall paintings and others they have done that, with poor success. Most of existing vases are unsigned, and the painter's real name is unknown.

Hand painted potteries and vases were big business in Greek and Rome. Besides everyday use, it is possible that part was bought as decorations and gifts. Commercial potteries are handy way for an artist to get money for food and living. 

The remaining ancient Egyptian papyrus paintings are black and white line art, looks like that it was not possible to use colors with papyrus. There are busloads of texts which are written on papyrus. Also from Greeks and Romans.

Before Europeans got paper from Chinese, they used papyruses. Paper is better than papyrus. With paper you can use all kinds of pens and pencils. Papyrus was invented right before high civilizations, over 3 000 years Before Christ. Egyptians used papyrus rolls and Mesopotamians clay tablets. Both were taken to use at the same time.

Chinese invented paper 200 years Before Christ. At the same time Europeans invented parchments. Parchments were strong, made from animal skin. The modern paper was born 200 years After Christ, also in China.

The big news producers - CNN, Reuters, BBC -  are lying, when say that the "Loca con su Tiguere" is a song from Ramon Arias Vazquez. From the year 1990. As usual midgets are probably lying on purpose. And no one knows why. 

When you try to find and listen Loca con su Tiguere, the performer of the song is El Cata. And since the songs are the same, it is very easy to notice the claimed similarities. If you do not check the performers, it is easy to think, that the news is true.

The Christianity and old Mesopotamian religions have quite a lot in common. Jack who has nothing to do with Christianity, throw an idea about the origin of the Jewish God. If Jews became religious during the time they did slavery to Mesopotamians, the origin of the single Godded religion is quite clear : Jews were told that Jahvet is the God of the slaves, and he is also the only God slaves are allowed to worship. Hello. The managers of the organ grinders were Capuchin monkeys. Capuchin monkeys are said to be the brightest monkeys of the new world, American continent. In wilderness Capuchins live in Central and South America.

Nowadays Capuchin monkeys are rare and  rather expensive pets. In countries where you are allowed to have monkeys as pets, like USA, the monkey manager costs app $5 000. They are rather difficult pets. 

In the old silent movies - from which most were comedies - organ grinders and their problems with the manager monkeys, were sometimes subjects for laugh.

The crank driven instruments, the grinder teams played, are prehistoric audio apparels. They are the first mechanical instruments, which played "recorded" music. Besides street organs there was mechanical pianos and violins. Street organ technique was used in Carousels, ball rooms and later in silent movie theaters. Another very popular pre-historic playback device was music box.  It was the first home audio apparel ever. With some boxes it was possible to play more than one melody. These boxes had separate music rolls.

The playback capabilities of the street organ was rather poor. There was only few pipes and notes you could play with them. It was not possible to play Beethoven or Mozart with these apparels. When you compose music, the previous note affects when you play the next. This phenomena causes distortion to the output. The phenomena creates also illusions from the mistuned instruments. Distortion and mistuned sounds are rather common in melody making. When you hear the disturbed / mistuned sound in final composition / song, you usually blame the instrument, and not the melody.

Street organs were often blamed from poor tuning. Quite a many from these blames had their roots in melodies and poor playback capabilities.

When you say that Nazi's invented computers, you cannot ignore the resemblances between street organs and computers. The street organs used changeable punch cards. The only difference to the first computers is in output. Instead of numbers, the street computers summed and produced sounds.

The most popular animal cards and very popular fashion were almost unplayable. That's why we estimated, that after the updates are over, game will not die, instead it becomes more popular.

Like to remind you, that we have nothing to with the things, which took place around Black Death. We are only presenting results from the complicated research. When you do so, and your work ends into Remember Me, your signature is always made visible in the game, and to everyone who plays the game.

When you publish your artworks without restrictions, you could use the term, which is standard for freeware software. In freeware / open source software there is always a demand for publishing the name of the original and all earlier programmers.

Doctors and veterinarians are more like workers, than zoologists. They study methods with what humans and animals are healed. Biologists or zoologists concentrates on healthy animals. Their species, history, anatomy, behavior and so on. Nowadays dying species and number of living units are very visible. 

There are also many hobbyists : birdwatchers, animal photographers, etc. are non-educated zoologists. People with pets, can also named as some sort of zoologists.

There aren't any senior high-school level colleges for biology, you have to pass senior-high-school and go to university. Demands for getting into university to study biology are usually rather low. When average wages are compared to long studies, they are rather low, too.

During financial recessions zoologists belong to endangered species. Most work for the public sector. When works are evaluated with money, these jobs are not considered to be very important. Budget cuts and firings are common. With this aspect, biology teacher has the best chances for survival.

Later he finished technical college, with poor grades. Very near to fail this institute, too. In his graduation report, there are many lowest possible grades.

The principle made Soviets far more brighter than Americans. Now that American capitalistic lifestyle is spreading, the world is slowly losing it's brains. 

According to our background studies for the job-introduction cards, young Americans are more interested in scientific and creative works than others.

If you are interested Russia's reformer President Jeltsin was not a big fan of western lifestyle and capitalism. The western lifestyle brought welfare and things people wanted.

Scientist is nowadays popular dream job. Before the intellectual recession, young people were not very interested in science. This is not a miraculous or ironical thing, it is the way people act, when something goes terribly wrong. 

When some nation for example loses lots of people - to disease, war, etc. - the reminders start to make more kids.

The origin of the Black Death and Plague is still unknown. The 1st known outbreak took place in East Rome, current Turkey. The years were 541-542 After Christ. This outbreak ended at around year 800 After Christ.

Black rats and their fleas are only carriers of the plague virus. Rats are much like hyenas, they can eat and carry almost everything. Also things which are lethal to others. Besides black rats some squirrels can also resist and carry the virus. Plague is still far from defeated sickness. Mortality rates - even in the developed countries - are still over 50% in some variations almost 100%.

In Europe Catholic Church was one of the biggest losers. Europeans thought that Black Death was a punishment from Jewish God. But Europeans were not used to the rude Jewish justice, so the Church started to lose it's power. And the old religions started to blossom again. From this aspect it is possible to say, that Black Death was a punishment or war against the Church itself.  The crimes would be inquisition, greed and witch hunts.  The Great Plague outbreaks ended soon after Church gave up from inquisition and witch hunts. After the church was defeated, the second major outbreak in the late 1800's never occurred in Europe. 

In Americas quite a many Indian tribes disappeared mysteriously at the same times with Black Death. Mesa Verde, the best known North American Indian community, lost it's citizens, and in Canada the old Viking settlements died at the same times. Tribes disappeared right before Columbus sailed to Americas. He went to there right after the first Black Death outbreak.

Mediterranean sail ships were all  merchant ships. The Mediterranean war ships never had mast and sail, otherwise they were almost exact look-a-likes to merchant ships. They had usually higher sides, for protecting crew.

Vikings used also almost look-a-like ships. Vikings didn't have visible crushers in the front, they had underwater noses, which improved sailing capabilities. Underwater noses are still used in all bigger ships.

Mediterranean ships were far from first ships ever. Boats and ships are the very first transports humans have used. They are so old, that their history is not well known. Ships existed before Mesopotamian civilization, over 3000 years before Christ. 

According to the older books, the first known sophisticated civilization was Mesopotamian civilization. It belongs to the poorly known things from the history.  Early stages from Egyptian high culture - which was born almost at the same time - are far more better known.

Thousand years after these - at around 2 000 BC - high cultures were born in China, India and Greece. 

In Americas central American Mayas are traditionally considered to be the first American High Culture. The culture started to blossom at around 800 Before Christ. The basic demand for the high culture is capability to read and write things. A big, sophisticated nation needs these skills for orders. Another demand is capability to calculate numbers. Math is needed in very many things, like trading.

After the card updates are over,  and our great "All 500 million eyes on us" continues, we start to add contestants-in-waiting and potentials to the top-roller and the actual competition. On the media-sexy 9/11 for example.

We have already waited over two months with new terms. Originally the time after updates was scheduled for music and Christmas greeting song. 

Typical contestant notices you in less than two hours. Two hours from the moment he or she is added to the top-roller. To quite a many this moment is the first - but far from the last - time, they realize what over 500 million loyal listeners and players actually means.

The next time you feel better or you have a chance to feel better is the day you get out from the competition. Nowadays, with new terms, merely a dream. The new terms were a substitute for giving up from the high seasons.

Hello. The latest stunt is white cat. Black cats are believed to bring you bad luck. But there aren't any cats, which would bring you good luck. Dogs are neutral with the religious things. They miss the both. There aren't any good or bad luck dogs, dog breeds or colors.

Johann Strauss II was said to be "The king of the waltz." He got this nickname during the time he composed and released his music. His father Johann Strauss I is another famous Viennese Waltz composer. Father probably assisted and helped his son quite a lot. At least in the beginning.

Possible to say that Fast Viennese Waltz rose and vanished from the fashion with Johann Strauss II.

Nazi's lost the war, and during the war, that shitty propaganda didn't have much effect to the people. Nazis failed to convert people in the conquered countries ... into Nazism. Even the Germans ignored the Nazi propaganda in bigger numbers.

The roman empire didn't do much propaganda, Romans brought money, work and all kinds of peaceful inventions to the conquered countries. Resistance amongst local people was very small.  When Greeks attracted people with democracy, Roman empire wanted to improve welfare, and make people happy. Besides democracy. Greeks and Romans were not control freaks like early Christians, Nazi's and current power keepers. 

Welfare and happiness of the people are the key things in democratic governmental model.

Hi. A blue bird was added to Stunt Show. 

Gave up from the old movies. Watched few "pagan" adventure-action movies. Movies where spirits, ghosts, spells and ancient religions played key role. 

Braveheart, an Oscar winner from 1995, and similar kind of Highlander raised a small conversation about the Christianity. In both movies British magic and pagan rituals are integrated to Christianity. So smoothly, that a pure-hearted, serious Christian - if such exist - could consider both movies as an insult towards their religion and God. 

The same story continued in Egyptian-based Mummy movies - Episode 1 and 2 - not as clearly as in the first two movies. Third Mummy is from ancient Chinese magic. Dragons, terracotta army, etc.

Few weeks ago we had some talks about the end of the card updates. After rather long talks ... and breaks between ... eventually decided that R&D Doggie will be the last updated card. Didn't want to give special credits to some common card.

Agreed that R&D Doggie suits well for the last card. The game, it's specialties ... and it's popularity ... is based on the old R&D libraries, from which selected parts were converted to Java Scripts for the game.

Voyager 1 has been flying in the space ocean for almost two years. It is still flying in the space, which is more dense than the space in our solar system. Unfortunately Voyagers were never supposed to enter space ocean, so almost all sensors have been closed from the ship. One thing which is very important, is the knowledge, that you can fly in the space oceans. With the same ships you fly in the solar system.

If the space ocean is more dense, than our solar system, according to our knowledge, the density must come from somewhere. Probably from the Sagittarius A, and it's radiation. It is the huge invisible sun of the Milky Way galaxy. 

If Sagittarius radiates some kind of energy to the space ocean, it is possible to create solar cell like space cells. In the future the cells and cosmic energy could be used in intergalactic flights.

They have all kinds of specialties, some are shepherds, some hunters, some chasers and so on.  The dog breeds were classified and quite a many were created in 1800's. 

The question was addressed to Jack, he said that knows. And no-one can deny it. You inherit many things from your parents, it is not impossible to get some learnt things and habits from your parents too. Currently it is believed, that you learn these things from your parents, when they raise and advise you.

Hello. Stunt show was enhanced with a monstrous lizard.

Monks at St Bernard ... resort or hotel or rescue station ... didn't train the dogs to the rescue job. Probably did train them in the beginning, but not during the time Barry lived. All the other breeds must be trained to rescue.

Heroic St Bernards belong to the most loved and best known dogs in the world. Often seen in leading roles in the books and movies.

Hello. Artistic photo from musical instruments was added to stunt show. 

In the world of photos, there has been lots of talks about the definition of the photo. With the computers and advanced drawing tools, it is possible to create invisible modifications to the original shot. At some point modified photo turns into a digital art. And the problem with the definition is, that how much you can modify the photo, before it turns into something else.

In here - and for example ads  - you hardly ever see real photos. Way beyond the limits. 

In here models are usually almost untouched, enhanced only. So that you can see their eyes better, and so on. Most from the bigger modifications are done to backgrounds.

Hello. A Christmas Monster is the latest recruit in the Stunt Show.

During few days weather around has been a bit too warm, for the recovery of the climate. Day-time temperatures around pole are currently higher or equal to central and southern Europe. Hot enough for evaporating clouds from the sky. Hopefully we are talking about temporal phenomena.

If you do not remember Golf current brings the heat into North Pole. It runs right beside Europe. It starts from the equator and brings heat to Europe and North pole. There aren't similar kind of currents around South Pole.

Some people like to laugh about the stupidity of the ancient people. When they do so, they forget the well-known legends from modern times. Sea-currents is one these. During recent times power keepers and scientists have been presenting threats about dying and changing sea-currents. Sea currents get their power from the rotation of earth and direction from the underwater geography. So, it is not possible for Sea-Currents to change dramatically ... alone. For a change they need dramatic changes in Earth's rotation and shape.

When you are young, you should be a bit doubtful about the things you are told. Before the intellectual recession, schoolbooks for the new generations, were always loaded new data. There was lots of new things parents had never even heard of.

Nowadays, when Anti-American committee, midgets, bio-mechanicals and others have taken the lead, the new data is quite often false. And new useful and truthful discoveries are rare. Your future is dependent on new things.

Global warming and climate - often in here - is good example from the modern world. As long as the change was 100 years away, it was cool to throw all kinds of stupid ideas to publicity. After the change became real, all media sexy talks ended, and you cannot hear a thing from the "brightest ever".

If the warming does not end, it means huge setbacks in welfare and finances. 
US - for example - would have to rebuild northern parts of the eastern coastline. Everything must be fortified and prepared for the new strormy weather.  Britons would have to rebuild the whole country for bigger and longer floods. 

In global economies reconstruction is the most expensive and worst thing to do. Re-construction does not create anything new, but the demolition of the old and the construction of new costs a lot. It is the thing, which makes wars very expensive.

The permanent weather change would cause lots of difficulties in food production. The currently farmed plants suits poorly to new weather. One short local weather phenomena ruins the whole year harvests from the area.

Hello. Stunt got few new reptiles and lobsters.

The stunt show and new graphics on the blog belong to the promised new contents to the site. They are rather small, after the competition is over, and we get the full-time graphic makers and more people to the site keeping, the changes to the current are not going to be very big either. Nothing sensational.

It was not said in the card, but money is also an issue with city cars. City cars are almost as expensive to buy and keep as full sized family cars. Even then, when family has two cars, the second is usually slightly older and cheaper family car. Transport demands for both cars are almost equal. Mom needs seats for kids and trunk for shopping bags.

Yesterday we learnt the reason for 18th century recession in painted arts. The breakthrough of the modern music and new instruments grabbed people's attention for over 100 years. 

There was already composers before Baroque breakthrough, but the first modern Italian composers failed to make a permanent breakthrough. There aren't any great or even famous Italian renaissance composers. Instruments and noting systems were still under construction.

Today we have a famous German renaissance painter. There was only one.

A Calvinist reformer and painter made his career in British court. Thomas More -  the first patron - is famous head of British Church and reformer. He is nowadays a saint.

The second and third patrons Anna Boleyn and Anna's cousin, prime minister Thomas Cromwell, are also historical people ... And in the back played Henry VIII. You do not happen know, who is the German painter in today's card ?

Hello. A British Bull-Dog was added to our great Stunt Show.

The painters were the first post Roman creative people. Most of the first famous painters were also reformers, who opposed Catholic Church. And then came the oil crisis, and the wankel is an un-economical engine. After that talks about wankel being the engine of the future died.

Best thing in wankel is the high RPM's. The old RX-7 in the card had red-line at 7 000 rpm. In this aspect Wankel is much like 2 stroke engine. When rounds raises to over 5 000 rpm, the common 4-stroke piston engines start to have serious difficulties with valves and gas exchange. Quite soon after 5 000 - 6 000 rpm the output power starts to fall. On the other hand fuel consumption raises to sky high levels.

2-stroke engines are common in motorbikes and other lighter vehicles. When you have a heavy vehicle and you need lots of output power and torque, 4 stroke engine is the best choice.

If you are environmentally oriented, 4 stroke engines without booze mixture are the most ecological.
- Diesel engine consumes less fuel and produces less exhaust gases.
- 4 stroke petrol engine consumes more fuel and produces more exhaust gases, but they are cleaner than diesel's.

Diesel engine uses 2 times bigger pressures. The petrol engine's exhaust gases are almost untouched, when compared to diesel's gases. Diesel modifies the air molecules more than petrol engine : Petrol engine's catalyst never works well with diesel.

We are looking forward to see the day, our great "All 500 million eyes on us" competition ends. Heard some rumors, that Finns, Swedes and their bold bankers were supposed to give up from the competition in the beginning of June. Before the new terms for the end were written.

Rumors are rumors, but the new terms and the contestants-in-waiting are certain to be true.

Hello, weekend is coming. 

From car-mechanics most repairs cars also during their free times. At least their own and friends cars. Free-time mechanics are usually the cheapest. The entrepreneur mechanics, who works alone in their workshop, does the job with almost equal prices. Far from the prices in the qualified garage, which is needed for keeping quarantines. 

In between these two, there are non-qualified garages for rather new 2nd hand ... used cars. Quite often specialized to some car make or makes. Qualified garage keeper have to buy all special tools, which are needed in repairs of the certain car make. Then he has to train the mechanics for the special repairs. Another thing, which increases the price. 

After car gets old, the mileage goes over 100 000 km or 60 000 miles, the engine starts to consume oil and cooling water. The consumption itself is not dangerous. But you have to check and add oil and cooling water on regular basis, and add when needed. The interval is dependent on the age and mileage. If the engine runs out of oil or cooling water, it gets broke. And the repairs cost a small fortune.

After the oil consumption goes over 1 liter per 1 000 km - without external leaks - the engine is almost dead. It has to be renovated or replaced.
