"Green Cakes" than "Yellow Cakes". During one year enrichment facilities produces million tons this
lethal and radio active green stuff.
UF6 is very poisonous and
it reacts with water and all metals. UF6 itself is not radioactive waste.
But as you can see from the diagram, green waste is mixed with highly radio
active, recycled material.
UF6 cannot be easily converted into environmentally safe
compound. In principle UF6 should be stored into glass tanks.
Radio active NF6 is fuel rod like nightmare. Might be capable
of demolishing UF6 to U + F2 + F2 + F2.
Small heating should detach natural gas from metal.
F2 is poisonous gas. With Calcium you can get safe Fluorite
glass from this waste. Produced glass can be radio active. Processed waste
must be checked and cleaned from radio activity. Possible, that there
would be 50 million tons untreated green waste. Most from the mass is
uranium / E91, safe when not recycled in reactor. Cleaned and
created fluorescent glass can be used in satellite-cameras, remote
telescopes lenses and remote solar panels. There aren't many places, where
you could safely use cleaned stuff. Fluorescent lens is needed for making
lens or glass transparent to infrared light.
As you can also see from the diagram, infamous weapon grade plutonium ...
alias MOX ... is just as radioactive and dangerous as can be.
Nuclear fuel is enriched with oxygen. The thing, which is eventually
burned in reactor is usually Uranium Dioxide. UO2. Or
alternatively E91 Dioxide.
Nuclear plants cooling demand comes from used fuel rods. They must be
held two to four years in liquid cooler, before they can be packed and
taken to reprocessing facility. Active rods demolish cooling water. They
obviously burn oxygen. They are certain to release hydrogen in to reactor
and pool rooms.
Nuclear plant needs around 2 kg fuel for producing 1 GWh power. In one
year 1 GWh plant needs 20 tons fuel.
In new power plant tech and combustion theories, there isn't much usage
for nuclear reaction. Water boosted processes tend to produce too much
pressure and power. Old upgraded, water boosted 100 MW coal plant can
produce 100 GW power. Water booster upgrade gives you a chance to get 1000
times more power from your plant. Crank generator allows you to efficiently
collect and convert the produced pressure-powers.
Water booster tech allows treatments and cracking of nuclear and other
hazardous waste with over 1 000 bar pressures. In principle you should be
capable of neutralizing nuclear wastes lethal effect with electric current
and fragrance rooms. You should be capable of reliably measure radioactive
containment with electric conductivity. Poor conductors need high
precision tech for checking radioactivity levels.

Recycling system needs hydrogen for powering the reactions. You can
neutralize HF with water. During neutralization you must prevent
re-creation of HF. With Carbon you might be capable of capturing loose
hydrogen atoms, which tries to launch the re-creation process. Reaction
creates heat, in the nature it contributes to global warming. Fluorine is
rare element in our world. HF can never result into total loss / doomsday.
Lethal HF concentrations are somehow manmade.

Chain reaction creates loose hydrogen and oxygen atoms. Hydrogen reacts
before water creation.

Each round needs new water molecules. During reaction part from loose

HF machine doesn't use the lethal chain reaction with water. Rooms for
HF units are dry. HF panels, ventilation ducts and doors have HF
neutralizer systems. Cooling-heating is finalized with copper conductors.
First you fill the cylinder with cold HF liquid. Then you heat it with
sunbeams. After cylinder's piston reaches top, you cool the cylinder with
cold seawater. If you use the cylinder for empowering crank generator, you
get excellent sealing for the poisonous HF. HF solar panel is very efficient.
Cylinder and piston must be ceramic, HF corrupts metals and burns CxHx compounds.

work cylinder with gaseous HF.
In suitable weather conditions HF machine is kind of a perpetual
machine. Closed HF machine works eternally. If it stops, it can be
re-started without changing HF.
Commercial usage for nuclear waste is fairly important part of cleaning
project. HF is rather common raw material. It can be sold also as it is.
Nuclear plants waste storages have HF from around 60 years time. Sudden
sellout would ruin the markets, drop the prices to non-existing levels.
R&D fees from liquid fuel processes are 0.5%. In energy production
fees are 0.2% from produced energy.
Zero emission HF engine from Nuclear Waste
If essential, with HF engine it is possible to replace combustion
engine. HF engine cannot empower rolling blocks. Cranked systems only.
Since starting and stopping are difficult, optimal usages are in diesel
and heavy vehicles. Tractors, Combined Harvesters, Buses, Trucks, Ships,
Trains and Planes.
Closed combustion system must be made from glass and ceramics. Lubrication
needs new solutions.
HF engine needs efficient cooling-heating system. It is possible, glass is
poor heat isolator. When both cooling and heating are mechanical engine is
certain to need fuel. Fuel free system is possible, when either cooling or
heating is made with atmospheric temperature. Typical HF machine uses
climate for both cooling and heating. Cooling and heating ports are
powered.

very beginning. Fuel creation and reaction system looked so complicated

You cannot burn elements, like Uranium.
No. With oxygen you can burn and alter chemical compounds. With fire it is
possible to create chemical compounds from elements. When you do so, you
need you two elements or one element and one compound. In Nuclear Plant
Uranium-Hydrogen, Uranium-Oxides and others are possible. Fuel rods are
quite a messes, they are not cleaned / processed uranium. Their contents
have been checked.

HF plant is much like Nuclear Plant was said and
supposed to be. HF plants and HF solar panels provides enormous amounts of
energy, with very low costs.
HF Panel is actually heat panel. It's power production is dependent on
temperature, not from sunshine. During nights and cold seasons, it is
possible to operate HF panels with heater systems.
One square meter HF panel can produce 50 000 000 N force per cycle.
Solar panel's maximum is 1 300 N per hour. One HF cycle lasts only few
minutes. If you have 10 minute cycles, you get around 300 000 000 N force
per hour. Which makes 120 hp or 85 kWs power.
Low 20C operating temperature makes HF plant efficient. Thermal losses
from pressure creation are very small. Also then, when you operate the
plant with powered cooling and heating system. 20C is common room and
outdoor temperature.
HF plants and machines have zero effect to
climate and global warming. They can produce as much energy as needed,
efficient enough for big power production capacities.
You can replace Nuclear Plants with small and safe
chemical HF-plants. With current knowledge 85 kWs converts to 300 MWh
plant power. You need ten panels and 10 m2 for 3 GWh power
plant.
HF plant is easy and cheap to upgrade into bigger power production
capacity. Safety demands need protected panels and small units. Each HF
cylinder in panel has it's own crank generator, it is bolted and sealed to
cylinder unit. Smaller upgrade into new plant goes with the purchase of
new HF panel. At some point you got to build another reactor room system.
One HF panel is around 1 x 1 x 1 meter box. It has connectors for wires.
Some has also inlets and outlets for cooling / heating. Active panel does
not keep much noise.
When you don't need water reservoirs and flood
protection, HF plant is usually the best solution. Cheapest and fastest to
build. When safety issues are properly handled, environmental effects are
zero.
HF plants and panels environmental effects are very positive. They and the
money they produce allows you to get rid of nuclear waste. Nuclear waste
and storages belongs to biggest and most expensive environmental problems
in our world.

HF can mess nerve systems. It can result to painless infections. On the
